These terms govern your use of alenadzibrova.com. They are not the contract under which I deliver work — services are provided exclusively under individual service agreements. Where a signed service agreement and these terms disagree, the service agreement wins.

My services are offered to businesses. If you are using this site as a consumer within the meaning of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, or of consumer law where you live, nothing in these terms takes away rights that law gives you and cannot be waived.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who I am

Alena Dzibrova is an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (Tax ID 305548155), with the registered address shown above. I provide business-to-business digital marketing services: search engine optimisation, marketing planning and execution, and social media marketing.

3. Use of the website

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not:

  • use automated tools — bots, scrapers, crawlers — to access, copy or index the site beyond normal search-engine indexing;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
  • republish substantial parts of the written content as your own;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage or overload it.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the form on this site does not create a contract. It is a request for me to get in touch. Prices, timelines and scope quoted in conversation or in a proposal are indicative until they are set out in a signed service agreement or an accepted invoice.

5. How services are agreed

Each engagement is defined in its own service agreement or accepted proposal, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, currency, payment terms and the rules for cancellation and refunds.

6. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Provide accurate information about your website, accounts, target markets and any restrictions.
  • Confirm that you have the right to promote the website, brand and content you ask me to work on.
  • Give feedback and approvals within the agreed windows.
  • Make sure the website and offers being promoted comply with the law in the markets you are targeting.

7. Results

Search engines and social platforms change how they rank and distribute content, and results depend on competitors, your own website and products, and factors outside anyone’s control. I will do the agreed work to a professional standard, but I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, follower counts or business results unless a service agreement expressly says otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, graphics and brand marks belong to Alena Dzibrova or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Content I create specifically for a client — articles, posts, briefs, reports — transfers to that client on full payment, as set out in the service agreement.

9. Third-party websites

The site and my reports may link to websites I do not control. I include them because I think they are useful; I do not endorse them and I am not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Confidentiality

Information you share with me in the course of an engagement — strategy, data, commercial terms, account access — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to deliver the work or as the law requires.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Website provided “as is”

I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. My total aggregate liability arising out of these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These limits do not apply to damage I cause intentionally or through gross negligence — Article 395 of the Civil Code of Georgia does not allow liability for those to be excluded in advance — nor to any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They apply to these website terms only; liability in respect of paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify me against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from content, accounts or websites you asked me to promote.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, with the Tbilisi City Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue where you live. Claims under these terms are subject to the limitation periods in the Civil Code of Georgia (Article 129: three years for contractual claims). An individual service agreement may specify a different forum, in which case that agreement governs the services it covers.

16. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
